Local Attractions Historic Timber Cutting scenes Artwork by Murray Barnard. The Jarrah and Karri forests around Bridgetown and Nanup have been subjext to milling for over a 100 years. Cutting by hand the huge trees and hauling by ox teams was arduous and dangerous work.
