Our aim is to highlight the environmental significance of the Willow Blue Project and the game of cricket to state-wide Primary and Secondary schools by combining cricket’s popularity with study group activities and educational demonstrations of leadership, vision, sustainability, renewable Forest Management practices.

Because climate change education is now being embedded in school curriculum it is essential the game provide busy teachers innovative environmental learning programs for their students and as such this project will form another positive means by which the great game of cricket can be promoted.
